Sydney, Australia, 25 September 2024 – ADEC Innovations PTY LTD in Oceania (ADEC Oceania), a global leader in outsourcing, workforce, and impact solutions, has been selected by an ASX-listed Food and Beverage company to provide knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services for its Finance Division.
The partnership will initially focus on Accounts Payable services, supporting the client’s operations in Australia, North America and the Asian region, with plans to expand to other financial services. ADEC Oceania will deliver finance and accounting solutions from its established, ISO 27001:2022 certified facility in the Philippines, with the option to transition to a hybrid model in the future.
This initiative will help the client address critical talent shortages in the accounting industry by leveraging offshore finance and accounting expertise, reflecting the growing trend of businesses tapping into the offshore workforce to tackle talent gaps, boost efficiency, and expand globally. This marks the first time the client is offshoring to the Philippines, reflecting a significant step in their global growth and workforce strategy.
